Lost or Stolen Parcels

If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier to open a claim.
While Edward Thomas Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels, we will assist you where possible.

Incorrect Address Information

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will refund the order (minus the shipping fee). You may place a new order with the correct information.
